CCEA has filed another ULP (unfair labor practice) complaint against Clackamas County. How is Clackamas County violating the Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs)?  The county concealed information in response to information requests.

In the past, CCEA has been politically neutral. But recently, we changed our bylaws and this year we will be endorsing pro-labor candidates. The CCEA endorsement review process ensures that requests for political endorsements are evaluated consistently, fairly, and transparently in a way that is alignment with the priorities and interests of the CCEA membership.
